Hey there! I’m Gabriele Sewtz, Certified Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition graduate from the Institute of Culinary Education, blending evidence-based wellness with chef-crafted flavor.
You grow up hearing about menopause like it’s a grand event with a date on the calendar—turn 50 and there’s a ribbon cutting. What they don’t mention is perimenopause gets to work for a decade before THE big change! I kept thinking, “I don’t feel like myself! This is not me!”
Menopause isn’t an ending—it’s a recalibration. I created this 12-week menopause coaching program designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, understand what’s really happening beneath the symptoms, and create lasting habits that support lifelong vitality.

Eat Right? or Left?
I’m the salad girl—dressing on the side, never dieted a day in my life. In my hometown, seafood reigned supreme, pickled anything goes, and my only vice is German bread (but even that’s whole grain). Despite my healthy lifestyle, my body had other plans during (peri)menopause: Belly Fat and other not-so-fun menopause symptoms like high cholesterol, fatigue, and you should have seen my lackluster hair. Now I am a menopause foodie!
Hormones are stacked like pancakes, and if you take a bite out of a pancake stack, it crumbles the same way your stacked hormones collapse into a hot, syrupy mess when estrogen and progesterone are gone. I had my “Wait, what?!” moment working with a hormone consultant a few years ago—managing (peri)menopause isn’t about doubling down on cardio; it’s about nourishing your body, dialing down stress and inflammation, to shift your hormone pancakes back into a large, yummy pile of sweetness, called life.
As a Certified Health Coach with a Culinary Nutrition diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education, I bring a unique blend of science, coaching, and real food solutions to help you regain control.

You Gotta Work It Out... Literally!
What did this girl do? I ran. A lot. 70 runs, to be exact—despite not being a runner. And guess what? The more I ran, the more weight I gained. So I signed up for a wellness retreat, and was the lamest duck trying to keep up with a kettlebell workout—that’s where I realized weights are the secret weapon against weight!
