The Gabriele Moment: Why Compass?
I ran into friends of mine on 7th Avenue just after having joined Compass. My friends are real estate aficionados who admittedly rented their apartment through me, purchased their first home with my help and called me a few months ago to sell their apartment in order to upgrade to a wonderful townhouse we found to accommodate their growing family.
And instead of just congratulating me on my move they asked me "Why Compass?" And here is my answer: I love helping people reach their goals and Compass truly understands that my value lies in being ahead of the curve every single day in every transaction by providing me with the necessary technology and resources to make a real difference in the lives of my buyers and sellers. It takes gut to leave an established brand behind but we only advance if we innovate and lead the way in best practices and I always strive to deliver even more unparalleled service and results. The collaborative vibe at my company is really refreshing. I love lunch hour at our office where everyone comes together in our kitchen to talk about current trends and brainstorms how we can transform the real estate experience for our buyers and sellers. It is long overdue that our industry provides real data driven insight enabling buyers and sellers to make educated decisions and it is long overdue to use technology to create a seamless consumer experience that leaves buyers and sellers satisfied while at the same time we make sure not to lose the human touch. And that is what Compass is all about and why I joined!
